ssh to use ~/.ssh/config by default

Reported by Rex chung | June 8th, 2009 @ 05:10 PM

Suggest to add :config => true in ssh.rb

        Net::SSH.start(host, @options[:user]) do |ssh|
          execute_on_connection(commands, ssh)

        Net::SSH.start(host, @options[:user], :config => true) do |ssh|
          execute_on_connection(commands, ssh)

Such that we can use different identity files for particular host, especially useful for new EC2 instances.
